Also... I have OnDemand Video classes available. Click on the button below watch trailers of classes, select class you wish by name to rent for 24 hours. Email me name of class, and send $10 via my Venmo or Paypal (friends & family). You then receive the password to play the class on your home device. These classes are labeled "Nia classes" which is no longer the format I teach.
